Our Team

Philippe Thomas

Fascinated by the nightlife world from an early age, Philippe began his journey as an enthusiast and later as a brand ambassador for exclusive events in Monaco. This passion led him to establish Ivanrey Entertainment and the Luxury Nightlife Awards, both dedicated to showcasing the allure and excitement of the nightlife industry. After studying economics in London, Philippe gained extensive experience as a financial analyst and project manager across various sectors. With an MBA in Hospitality Management from EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, he has committed his skills to creating high-end events, blending professionalism with genuine passion.

Marc Duvauchelle

Marc began his hospitality career at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, followed by experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. He later founded one of London’s most exclusive and successful nightclubs. For over 12 years, he was actively involved in the London Club and Bar Awards, the Monaco International Clubbing Show, and the World Casino Awards. he has worked with a wide range of clients - including Raymond Weil, Moët & Chandon, Warner Brothers , Range Rover and Virgin - and has organised prestigious events worldwide, collaborating with some of the best in the luxury industry.

Viktor Glosz

Viktor began his career at just 5 years old as a dubbing actor, coming from a family rooted in media. By 24, he became the youngest production manager for the Pulitzer Award-winning News Evening TV program in Budapest. After running a successful jewellery wholesale business, Viktor moved to London in 2006, where he discovered his passion for luxury hospitality. With over 18 years of experience, he honed his skills at Brownsword Hotels, where he progressed from Revenue Manager to General Manager. Viktor also served as Country Manager for Playboy Energy Drink, launching it in the UK market, and later established a consulting firm helping premium drinks develop in London’s high-end market. He has been actively involved in the London Club and Bar Awards and was appointed UK Ambassador for the Monaco International Club Show.

JJ Goodman

A globally recognised personality and thought leader in the world of mixed drinks, JJ Goodman is the Founder and Owner of The Cocktail Club bar group. Infatuated with bartending from a young age, JJ had firmly established himself as an innovator in the drinks industry before opening his first bar at the age of 24 in 2008. Since then, he has opened an additional 10 cocktail bars across London, pioneered revolutionary cocktail trends around the world, and is seen as one of the globe’s greatest drinks minds due to his many accolades.

Addison Gelpey

Addison Gelpey is a force unto his own. A larger then life character, witty and cheeky, having a gift to make people feel at ease whilst raising millions of pounds for charitable causes. An auctioneer and valuer for the past 20 years, Addison has been a partner in Criterion Auctioneers of London and also auctioneered for Holts antique gun auction for a number of years, as well as Baldwins of St James Coin Auctions. Addison has been a been a regular face on the charity auction circuit, being an auctioneer of choice for many major and smaller charities including Right to Play, SAGE, Action for Children, Save a Capital Child, Haven Breast Cancer, Cancer Research, Happy Child, Trinity Hospice, Orphan Trust - to name a few!

Ivan Nygaard Rosenschein

For more than 30 years, Ivan has been working in the hospitality industry. He has owned/co-owned and managed various bars, restaurants and clubs in Copenhagen and London, and has been running his own PR/events company for many years, which has given him the pleasure of organising and planning numerous events over the years - including private and corporate events, product launches, art, music and fashion events, charity events, VIP and celebrity parties, as well as planning individuals’ private social lives.

Roger Michael

A visionary leader in nightlife marketing, promotion, and special events, Roger Michael has shaped the nightlife industry for over three decades. Renowned for his innovative approach, he has captivated audiences worldwide, collaborating with top brands and earning features in publications such as The Face, British Elle, GQ Germany, Brazilian Vogue, and The Sunday Times Style. As the founder of the I AM ROCKSTAR brand, Roger famously curated iconic nights across the capital, including the legendary Tuesday nights at Boujis in Kensington, which became a staple in the international social scene. His influence earned him a place on the Evening Standard’s list of London’s 1000 most influential people in both 2009 and 2010, cementing his lasting legacy in the industry

Sarah Whitefoot

Sarah has worked and presented for a huge variety of different television shows, showing her versatility and adaptability in many spheres. She has worked for Sky Sports, MTV, Granada ITV, Men & Motors, ITV Celebrity Poker and worked alongside some of the biggest names in show business. She was voted Number 1 Presenter by the general public on the Granada ITV show “Top Ten Blondes”. Sarah is an international fashion model and has graced the covers of many well- known magazines, which have included articles and interviews on her success. Sarah has worked in London, Paris, Monaco, Tokyo, Dubai and all over Europe with a string of successful modelling contracts including Ted Baker, GHD, Panache Lingerie and Harry Hall Equestrian.

David Reay-Scott

David started his hospitality management career working for some of the world’s leading luxury hotels. Travelling throughout the UK, France, Italy, Sicily, Sardinia, Malta, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Australia and Thailand. He has held many senior positions managing prestigious hotels and venues including running the catering at the National Theatre, London and The Institute of Chartered Accounts England and Wales in the City of London. He opened a fine dining Michelin-starred restaurant in Scotland and then moved back to London to open the K-West Hotel and the Generator Hotel as Group Operations Director. He then went on to co-own and manage two of London’s prestigious private members clubs. He has worked with the likes of Ken Hom, Richard Corrigan and Pierre Koffmann.
